In early 2000, California Cafe was established with a vision to serve local customers with quality fresh food.

The menu is currently in transition, still offering long- standing customer favorites, but adding a French twist with freshly made quiches, fresh baked croissants, apple turnovers, and other viennoiseries, under the watchful eye of Chef Elissa, a French-trained pastry chef looking to craft "wholesome, delicious fresh food that is not boring".
